2. Fashion Styling Services

Bookings: Styling services must be reserved in advance through our website, email, or direct contact.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the appointment may be rescheduled (deposit remains valid).Cancellations made later are non-refundable.

Results: Styling is based on your preferences and needs. While we provide expert advice and service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction levels.
3. Rental Clothing

When renting garments from Alessia, you agree to the following:

3.1 Rental PeriodStandard rental duration is 3–5 days (extensions available on request), beginning on the date you receive the garment.

Late returns without notice incur an extra charge.

3.2 Garment Care

Items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition as received.

Alterations, permanent modifications, or damage beyond reasonable wear are prohibited.

You are liable for repair or replacement fees if items are damaged.

3.3 Cleaning

Professional cleaning is included in the rental service. Do not attempt to wash or dry clean the item yourself.

3.4 Security Deposit

A refundable deposit may be required. Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected and cleared.

3.5 Loss or Irreparable Damage

If an item is lost, stolen, or returned in irreparable condition, you will be charged the full retail value of the garment in addition to the rental fee.

3.6 Rental Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the rental start date are refundable.

Later cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Online Shop (Clothing & Accessories)

Orders: Once placed, orders cannot be modified.

Pricing: Prices are listed in pounds. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Payments: All payments must be completed at checkout via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.)

Shipping:
We deliver locally and internationally where available.. Delivery times are estimates and may vary; we are not responsible for delays outside our control. -
Returns & Exchanges:
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition.Some items (custom orders, sale items, lingerie, and accessories) are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. -
Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
